First Meeting Engagement

• A highly inquisitive and explorative venue to know more about our client’s culture, goals, challenges, and need for people and their essential contribution to the company

• DTDW prepares the proposal that interprets our understanding of the client’s manpower needs, our roles, profile candidates and related terms and conditions

Calendar program to strengthen the relationship between DTDW and client

Visit existing client to:
• update the agency’s orientation program and address issues and other concerns
• discuss career opportunities and developments
• obtain updates and programs from POLO/Philippine Embassy that may help our workers to develop, enhance and level up their career while on site.

 

Post-Service Assistance

• Connect our workers to re-integration program or accommodate job placement/assistance to worker’s family members or relatives

 

Corporate Social Responsibility

• Apply policies and procedures that met all legislative and ethical requirements
• Commit to recruit and select a diverse range of applicants
• Promote health and safety of those for whom we are responsible
• Sustain and improve the environment within which we operate, minimizing and negative impact
• Raise funds for sponsorship of livelihood seminars and workshops for wives and immediate members of the family of our OFWs for better living
• Participate in charity events and church activities, particularly those who are stricken by natural calamity, most importantly areas where our workers’ families are based
